The front desk staff is amazing . So friendly and welcoming! The eyes specialists I saw bf seeing Dr Al were really professional and very personable. After various state of the art procedures to take pictures of retina and measure, I saw Dr Al. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. My eyes were dilated so they gave me some disposable black glasses. Great experience. Thank you! 🥹
One of the best experience in a Dr's office ever for me. Throughout the whole visit I fealt comfortable that I was going to be satisfied with my treatment. Dr Scott Thompson is a great ophthalmologist who is focused on his patients outcomes. He was highly recommended by my optometrist and it shows why. The support staff, from reception through intake, exam prep, including testing and imaging and then setting appointment for follow-up were all efficient, personable and actually very nice. They treated me like a person and not a bother to them like some I have encountered before. Totally recommend the Retina Group of Florida to anyone needing a specialist in this field.
I have been going to Dr. Dhalla and the Retina Group for many years now. Dr. Dhalla is a great doctor... knowledgeable and caring. And the office is so well run. You can tell that the staff takes pride in what they do and are happy to be part of such a terrific team.
My 99 year-old father has been going to the Retina Group Of Florida for so many years for muscular degeneration seeing Dr Thompson, who is always so wonderful. July 24, Friday was the first time he saw Dr. Rodriguez. She was amazing; so patient, thorough and explaining everything to me his daughter. Love the staff and doctors.
My experiences are usually good ones. Dr. Thompson is wonderful. I have been in his care for more than a decade. From day one I've been comfortable with him. He is pleasant, gentle, & kind. He also explains everything to the best of his knowledge & do not give false hope. The staff is ususlly helpful & friendly also.
