Let me Start by saying this is probably the best retina group I’ve ever been to they care so much about their patience I went there because I had a hole in my eye. It’s called Macular Hole And I was so nervous when I went Dr. Was absolutely amazing. He explained everything to me made me feel really comfortable. I did this drops for six weeks, but it didn’t close the hall. He didn’t think it would, but I had a try when I went back. We rescheduled me for surgery and again being very nervous, it was the best surgery I ever had. It was so quick and so easy and now we’re on almost 4 weeks later and my eye is perfectly healed. I had no pain. It was just an unbelievably fabulous surgery. They took such good care of me. They called to follow up just amazing. I recommend them highly. If you ever need a retina doctor, this is where you go

Upon entering the office I was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the front desk which set the tone for the rest of my visit, after filling out the necessary paperwork I waited for only ten minutes before I was called for my appointment. I was taken to different rooms by different staff members each just as nice and friendly as the first. When Dr Fortes came in he introduced himself and shook my hand, he was very professional , considerate, and knowledgeable. I was very anxious about my condition and the procedure I was going to receive. Both the Dr and his assistant both put my mind at ease.The young lady that assisted the Dr was very kind. I was totally relieved and relaxed after my visit.

I had an appointment earlier today with Dr. Fortes at The Retinal Group of Florida for a possible issue in my retina. My eyes were were examined by several personable and professional members of the staff and then examined by Dr. Fortes. The entire experience, from start to finish was pleasant, friendly, and thorough and all personnel was excellent. Dr. Fortes left me feeling relieved and completely satisfied. I highly recommend this office and doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Lalane for two plus years and I’m very happy with his care. He is friendly, professional and kind. He has a light touch and a positive attitude towards my needs. I highly recommend this practice.
