I’ve have used this company for the past 45 years and this is the first time I have been treated like shit. my experience with Dr. Cantu has been very good, however, the service has become unacceptable. The staff are not in tune with their customers and really don’t seem to care.. which is truly the Doctors failing. Today I was scheduled for 3:30 pm, however, at 6:47pm I had not yet seen the doctor.. I complained to the staff who told me “that’s the way it is” and they cancelled my appointment and ask me to leave and reschedule. Another thing, everyone in the waiting room was telling me the stories about their own very long wait. EVERYONE! If you are looking to visit the eye doctor, find someone else.

So glad I had reminders of my appointment. The on-line checking was so easy and had me registered. On my arrival the staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. My exam was made to be comfortable. So glad I had good results.
I enjoyed going to this office. The receptionist treated me well as she was doing with everyone that went in on that day. The nurse was also very friendly and polite and dies her job well as well as Dr Steven Larsen. I was not waiting too long for me to get called nor did I wait too long to be examined.
Very bad experience with Dr Craig Comisky. I was there for my appointment at 11am. Didn't walk out until 3pm. He was only concerned about socializing with his young nurses which by the way were very unprofessional. They didn't know what times the drops had been put on my 3 month old baby. Mind you the worst was when Dr Comisky used a cloth out of his wallet to clean the equipment being used on my baby's eyes. She got a eye infection which led me to take her in the next day and get her treated with medication. Her eyes were pretty damaged. Never again. Be careful with this specific doctor. I'm not saying they all work the same. That was just my bad experience with him.
Optical side was great 👍🏽 doctor was a great guy to converse with front desk lady was not as friendly as she could be nor did she give great eye contact or friendliness the assistants to the optometrist were great as well …. The other side where you order your eye glasses was not very engaging as far as being friendly either he seemed like he had an attitude problem didn’t care for conversation in my book it’s not a necessity to have a full on conversation but if a customer is being polite have customer service don’t be rude
