Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was super nice and everything went very smooth. From the eye exam to picking out the glasses I wanted, everyone was informative and helpful. 10/10 recommend. My glasses are perfect 🤩 thank you
Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would give them 5 stars if there was a doctor there in person. The technician did all the measurements but the doctor was on a remote feed. Would always like to have the doctor in person.
One of the worst experiences ever. The tech, who apologized dozens of times, couldn't get the technology to work properly. Then the actual examination was to be performed remotely, but after waiting for 45 minutes for a doctor to necome available, I quit and left the facility without completing the exam. Never again will I go to a Lens Crafters. I went there because they used to make the lenses and fittings onsite. Not anymore. They are no better than any other optical business. Go somewhere else.
It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was so helpful and nice since this was my first time seeing an eye doctor.
Excellent service the eye exam was don’t remotely and very professional . Hector was great with assisting me with my eyeglass purchase . Friendly eyes / LensCrafters never disappoint
