BEWARE. First time ever I've had to replace the same pair of glasses twice in 12 months. Obviously the lab this optical shop uses doesn't do a good job. This breakage is not due to abuse, I'm very gentle on glasses. The lens was cut improperly and destroyed 2 sets of frames within months of each other.

Great experience! Our family has been a customer here for 12 years and have had superior service and results throughout. Our latest visit was especially pleasant as Jai patiently walked us through numerous options and offered excellent advice in choosing the best frames for me. Always a joy to visit and a great value.

Best customer service! Melissa is wonderful! We come back year after year for our glasses and she is one of the main reasons. She goes out of her way to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want and is always so friendly, she makes us feel like family ❤️ They have a great selection of RayBan frames (my favorite) as well 😎

Vista Optical at Patrick AFB is the best place to get glasses. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. The glasses they make are top of the line and they have a large assortment of frames to chose from. This is the best place to purchase glasses from and we really appreciate their customer service.
