Even though the call to find out more about their practice and obtain new patient information was not the best first impression, I decided to give it a try due to the service recovery attempt and close proximity to my work location. My first visit was a pleasant experience. The staff and Dr Barcelo were very nice. The link for registration was promptly sent, front desk had my paperwork ready and thanked me for filling it out in advance. The tech and Dr were very pleasant, fast yet thorough and James was very easy to work with the process of picking out glasses. Everyone patiently answered all my questions. I am glad I decided to give them a try and may have my husband give them a try as well.

We have used, and loved, Richardson Eye Assoc for several years. Dr Harris is great to work with, always patient to answer questions and explain possible treatments. The support staff and front desk people are friendly and professional. We also use their optical department for new glasses when needed. A great office to take care of our vision needs!
Everyone is amazing at Richardson Eye Associates. they are punctual, super nice, and accommodating. Occasionally, my insurance changes and I hate when I have to go somewhere else. Front desk is super organized, the nurse giving the exam is very thorough and gives easy directions, Doc is super energetic and Jennifer is especially amazing helping pick glasses. Thanks for a great experience!
Richardson Eye Associates is as fine a practice or business of any kind as I’ve ever encountered— especially Dr. Harris!. But you wouldn’t know it by the review that I posted here a couple of months ago— simply being a smart ass. I uttered my humor and accidentally posted it. Anything other than praise and a lot of complementary commentary should be completely ignored and discarded. My quote that day was intended to be 100% humor as a joke and not posted. Please disregard anything that wasn’t entirely complementary and praiseworthy contained in that post.
I wasn't very impressed the first time I went there, I did not like my prescription (somehow my prescription that had not changed in years suddenly improved). I rescheduled anyway for the next year. The available times are inconvenient and when I missed my appointment time by 10 minutes they made me reschedule. I tried to make the second appointment but couldn't make it resulting in a 25 $ fee. If rather just go somewhere else because the front desk lady had a bad attitude. I know it's my fault if I'm late, but you don't have to be rude to me as well.
