From my very first phone call with Andrea to the day of my procedure, and beyond- my experience was flawless! Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Reinsbach was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my initial exam, personally walked with me to my procedure, and even called afterward to check on my recovery. That level of compassion and personal care is something I’ve never experienced before, and it truly sets this clinic apart. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

I became a patient at Richie Eye Clinic for cataract surgery, both eyes were done successfully. A few months later I developed a tear in my right retina, I called Richie Eye Clinic and was seen immediately by Dr Cory Miller. I was referred to Mayo for surgery. I am now doing after care with Dr Cory Miller and am very pleased with the staff and service I have been given.

I cannot be more pleased with the service and compassion I received while getting Cataract Surgery in my left eye. The Cataract was due to a side effect from retina repair Surgery late 2024. Dr. Reinsbach & his team were just awesome and so informative before the surgery, during, and after. Sometimes you feel like a number, but not here, it was great with everything happening just as explained. I had UV lense put in so required additional appointments with Dr.Schaefer to correct vision. All these appointments were great, as well. Special shout out to Dr. Schaefer, Maddie, and Landon for going extra mile to make this as comfortable & stress free as it was! I would, and have recommended them to everyone that mentions needing anything done with their eyes!!

Dr Malmanger is the best. Knowledgeable, thorough, I would highly recommend this clinic. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. They give honest opinions when picking out glasses and other eye products! Been going there for years!

I have been going to Dr. Hanson for many years. And I have autoimmune disease that causes unpredictable flare ups. Today I was scolded by an employee for not giving 24 hr notice cancellation. She was grumpy and short with me, and I don’t appreciate being scolded! When Dr. Hanson retires, I will no longer will be going here for my eye exams or buying their glasses!
