I recently visited to reorder my contacts and was considering trying daily lenses. The employee who assisted me took the time to research different options and compare the costs and quantities of several brands so I could make the best choice for my needs. I truly appreciated her patience and assistance. Everyone at the Faribault location is always very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!
I like VisionWorks because when I come in, I'm recognized and helped as quickly as possible. I wouldn't say they are the cheapest place to buy eyeglasses but they are the best in the area, in my opinion. I bought Nike frames and they have held up very well. I bought the insurance and I'm glad I did! Deep scratches that couldn't be repaired were meet with, "Oh! Let's get you taken care of right away!" I will come back here in the future, hands down.
Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick, when I arrived I was seen right away and picking out and ordering my glasses was quick and easy. Krystal resolved a couple issues I had before I was finished with everything, the employees at the Faribault VisionWorks are amazing people
I would recommend this location!! I love coming here and I always leave happy and a good experience! I used to go to Mankato and got frustrated with the customer service so I switched to this one and so happy I did!! I also love how they make sure to mention the deals going on or coupons you can use.
I have gotten my glasses at Visionworks for 20+ years. They always stand by their product and do their best to satisfy their clients. Thank you for being in Faribault!!
