Jane was so helpful! I was shopping for new glasses and explained what I’m looking for. She went out of her way to pick out glasses she thought would work. She also helped me pick what I want with my lenses and answered all my questions. She was very patient with me and I did not feel rushed.
Karla was amazingly sweet and patient with helping me find my next pair of glasses. The entire appointment went very smoothly thanks to her and her kind attitude!
Time for an eye exam and purchase new glasses. When I first walked in both Jane and Karla greeted me, then asked if they could help. They both helped me decide on frames, which there are many to choose from, it was a fun experience! Had my screening with Karla, who was very nice and thorough. Then I saw Dr. Hess for my eye exam, it was the best exam I've ever had. Dr. Hess explained the process as he was proceeding with each step. Such a wonderful eye doctor. Then Jane helped me complete my frame fittings and purchase. The staff here is absolutely wonderful, I recommend this team at Shopko Optical Faribault.
