Very busy place. Waited an hour for appointment. Got my glasses and the prescription was very wrong. Had to have them returned. They said they would order contacts but they never did. Had to ask if they were in and then they ordered them. People who work in the glasses section are not nice. Doctor was nice enough. Receptionist was kind. I won’t be going back.

I'm here from PA visiting my 84yr old mother in-law, and I lost one of my nose pieces. I looked for some at a few stores and couldn't find. My mother in-law was admitted to Manistee hospital for pneumonia and while visiting her I saw Riemer across the street!! I went in the ladies where super friendly, put 2 new nose pieces on and refused to take any money from me!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS Riemer Eye Care!!!!!!

I’m visiting from out of town and my bags (and my one a day contact lenses) were stuck in Chicago. I walked in with my prescription and they helped me out with a back up pair of contacts, solution, and a case. I don’t live in the area but I would recommend to anyone that does. Very helpful and friendly staff.
