Employees are very nice. Great sunglasses selection. Eye doctor (the son) is great. He did my surgery and I can see so clearly. Drove without contacts or glasses for the first time ever!

Quick appointment, doctor isn’t very personable. Good selection of lenses, staff can be unpleasant. Was told my eyeglasses would be ready in 3(ish) weeks- we’re approaching 7 weeks, causing some problems in my academic schedule. Sunglasses I ordered same day as eyeglasses arrived around 4 weeks but were not comfortable and was able to exchange as long as I payed the difference same day. When I picked those up, staff realized my eyeglass frames weren’t in stock and no one had ordered them although my lenses were complete. It was said another week they’d be ready… still waiting
Absolutely terrible experience. Every appointment is a long wait, staff not attentive and when asking questions they act like you’re inconveniencing them. Only the actual eye doctors are good but unfortunately I cannot deal with the other staff anymore. Communication after ordering glasses and lenses has been basically nothing, I’ve ordered many times and always had to call about my orders (waiting 2 months or more) My final straw and the reason I am writing this review is the fact that I ordered new lenses for my glasses (glasses I ordered from them previously) and have called 10 plus times. Most times I was kicked off the line but I’ve talked to their customer service reps 3-4 times and left messages about my missing order and they have not gotten back to me and the reps are unable to do anything but contact the office and let them know to ‘call me’ which they never have. It wasn’t cheap either and they clearly could care less about their customers time and money.
I had a very disappointing experience with Riemer Eye Center. After receiving my glasses, my eyes felt strained and uncomfortable, and my vision seemed worse rather than better. I gave myself time to adjust, but the glasses never felt right and caused headaches and eye discomfort. To make matters worse, the quality of the glasses was extremely disappointing. The frames broke after only a few days of normal use, which is unacceptable considering the cost. I expected durable eyewear and accurate vision correction, but unfortunately received neither.
Bought my glasses with warranty. I accidentally broke them and took them in for repair. Explained that the frames were broken and lenses scratched. I have been waiting since April 28th for a phone call, after calling several times the past two weeks I finally got a phone message on June 2nd, but no details left about status. I went into the office only to have the assistant tell me the order was never sent for repair??? And the order was not written up correctly to begin with. After finally getting the order corrected, assistant explained it shouldn't take longer than two weeks to have these completed. She explained "not" to call but to just come in to the office in two weeks, that their just to busy. Okay!!! I understand, and I am now offering my services as a phone receptionist (part time 9 hours) to assist your office in promptly returning, clearing, phone messages from your customers. I have over 30 years of experience in customer service in the medical field and I am not afraid to pick up the phone and answer clients concerns promptly. Good luck!!!
