West Shore Eye Care

My husband and I have bounced around different eye doctors since we moved up to the area and had yet to find one that we liked. From the moment that we walked in the office, I felt like I had found the best hidden gem in the entire area. We had the joy of seeing Dr. Kerr, who was beyond pleasant. She was fun, animated, and made you feel like she genuinely valued your understanding of your eye health. She took the time to walk me through absolutely everything, recognizing that I am a person who wants more detail than less, and made me feel like she genuinely valued my engagement. Everyone in the office was kind, and not just in the way where you’re there for your eye care and obviously they want you to have a good experience, but just as people they came across as very kind and very genuine. I kind of wish I worked here? I can’t imagine what it would be like to spend time around all those nice people all the time. Absolutely recommend, we genuinely look forward to going back. Thank you all for everything you did for us!!

First time I have ever been there. The ladies at the desk were very nice. Dressed nicer and nice and very polite. The doctor was honest upfront about everything. And I would recommend people to go there And I am glad that she has an assistant that comes in. And helps her with her stuff, they are very nice people, people need to go there. I knew more about my eyes in 5 minutes than I ever did. All of my life

Highly recommended. On our road trip and just so grateful the professionals at at West Shore Eye Care was able to fit me in this morning to check out my eye concerns. The doctor was able to diagnose the issue, prescribe antibiotics shortly after their office opened this morning. The office is beautiful and has a good selection of all sorts of prescription and sunglasses. The staff there is super pleasant. 10 out of a 10! Thank you!

I had the most wonderful experience at West Shore Eye Care! Everyone that I saw was incredibly friendly with amazing customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and helped right away. Carli at the front desk was very joyful and friendly. My appointment was quick but very thorough. I had Amity as a technician and she did a wonderful job, very kind and helpful. I then met with doctor Kerr who could not be more welcoming and helpful.

We were on vacation in the area and called to get some urgent care for our daughter’s eye. Even though we were a new patient they were able to get her in to be seen within 90 minutes of us calling! Paperwork was quick and easy. We waited maybe 5 minutes. Dr Goslin was very thorough and gave helpful information for my daughter’s care and ongoing management of the eye problem (which was more complex than we expected) for when we return home.. The staff and Dr Goslin were also great with my 8 year old. Bonus they gave some sample contacts to us when another family member’s glasses broke! Highly recommend!
