Dr. Good new staff not so much. Used of Polly and Dana it’s not the same at all I’ve had nothing but trouble. Truly dissatisfied. If they knew how to adjust glasses but they don’t. They need help. Goofed appointments as well

Walmart vision center in Ludington is fantastic. The doctor is thorough and the selection is pretty big. I always find regular glasses and sunglasses that I really like and they always have a deal when you buy both at the same time. I would say this vision center is just as good or better than anywhere else I've been. I've gotten several exams here over the years and have taken my kids. They always impress me. They adjust your frames anytime. It's super convenient since everyone has to run to Walmart occasionally. Highly recommend.

Representative Polly at this location is beyond fantastic! I was having serious problems getting my valid eye prescription from a doctor in another state and Polly worked with me every single step of the way, going way beyond professional, let's throw in there, courteous, supportive, competent. Polly I absolutely thank you so much in resolving that issue.

I was in town for my aunt’s funeral which was quite sudden and unexpected. I was traveling from Ann Arbor and in my haste to make it to the visitation and distraction about the current situation I forgot to pack contacts (recently switched from monthlies to dailies). I can’t wear my glasses long term or they give me migraines, which was the last thing I needed on this day. Morning of I traveled from my parents 1.5 hrs away and hurriedly stopped in Walmart right before the funeral since they were the only eye place open on a Saturday. I explained the situation to an employee. I provided her the official and signed prescription from my eye doctor yet she told me she needed it in physical print form. Their printer wouldn’t allow me to print from my phone so I emailed it to her email address. Her email address wasn’t receiving it, though anybody else I sent it to received my email just fine; so both issues were on Walmart’s end. She refused to give me a single pair bc she didn’t have my rx in ‘print.’ Bc of this I was a few minutes late to my aunt’s funeral for nothing. I’ve ripped/lost contacts twice a decade ago even in a different state and was given replacement contacts no problem. Also my mom currently works at an eye doctor’s office and they do this for people all the time. Complete lack of human decency at Walmart during an already difficult time for me.

Worst service ever, -5. All they have is excuses. Eye exam was fine, techs need some training in customer service and their jobs. Start by replacing management! Do yourself a favor go to a real eye center or BUY ONLINE.
