I can go on forever about this place. I had to have eye surgery and I was more than wowed with this place. Everything was perfect. Dr Harper was absolutely the best doctor I've ever had Takes time to talk to you and explains everything so that you understand what's going on with your eye....the procedure to correct it and what to expect after the surgery. He's top notch. The best of all is that I felt NOTHING! Thank you Dr Harper and River City Retina Consults for making it a pleasant experience. I'll never go anywhere else.

I was given a referral to another Dr. They never called or responded to my calls. I called here to see if they could see me. Amanda was awesome. After I explained, she asked did I want to come in that day and made a same day appointment. Visit was great, everyone was very friendly and answered my questions patiently and fully. Amanda even checked in on me while I was with the Dr. Dr. was great, knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly.

The doctors are all extremely professional and conscientious. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calming and comfortable.

The entire staff at River City Retina are awesome! They’re friendly, helpful, & extremely accommodating. Hunter was the technician who prepped me for the doctor. He was a delight! He was knowledgeable & efficient & the conversation we had actually made it fun! Dr. Neamtu was amazing, also. He didn’t rush the appointment & took the time to ask about my family history as it relates to eye diseases & gave me plenty of time to ask him questions. Simply a fantastic experience! I definitely feel like I’m in good hands with this practice! Thank you for what you do!

I love Dr. Harper. He made me feel very comfortable and he’s very knowledgeable. I am happy I came to him for a second opinion. He’s very knowledgeable and a hoot and a holler, all is an awesome way!! I also enjoyed Breanna, she is such a sweet and kind young lady. Very thoughtful and thorough with her job! My husband and I appreciate the kindness of all the staff. We were treated with such kindness and everyone was so friendly.
