I've been receiving eye exams with Dr. Williams since way back. She is an amazing doctor, very thorough. She truly cares about her patients. Though I'm moving to Virginia, I am considering to continue scheduling with her when I come back to visit family. Her staff is wonderful at the Oceanway branch. They are always super helpful.

1 star because 0 isnt an option. This place has owed me a refund for a month now and even after being told a half dozen conflicting things, driving back and forth for a supposed refund by card that "wasnt processing" then it was come in for a check, then it was oh we sent it over the computer, then it was a conversation I had to facilitate directly with my bank to which the woman(cindy) was quite rude to my bank representative and told her I can "do whatever I want" aka file a dispute etc since thats clearly the only way this business will ever refund me for glasses I didn't get along with the illegal business practices of not providing me the prescription immediately after exam plus not giving it to me even after I asked for it, terrible customer service from the associate selling me over priced glasses and overall the entire experience was terrible and it was for my child. His first ever exam and glasses and it was a nightmare to which I was bullied into buying glasses in store and told I cannot order online for him to have glasses he actually liked and that fit him. The woman didn't help fit him or find a size for him to test or anything. She basically pointed at the wall and said good luck. We thankfully ended up at lenscrafters and a sweet lady made my son feel 1000 times better about getting glasses and got him ones he loves for a literal 1/4 of the price. The fact is, they could have written me a refund check by now and are refusing to make right of the situation when I canceled the order within 24 hrs(as is my right) didnt get any product but i have paid 226$ for it anyways. Its some seriously scammy business practices to not only have the most deplorable customer service but to then be rude to the actual bank that is actively telling you, you messed up somewhere because this refund hasnt even been attempted through my account at all. Not declined, not attempted, not pending. Nothing. At what point is it considered theft to keep money and not provide any goods or services for said money you have kept. I have proof of the refund being requested from me multiple times. The contacts with my bank, the vision center, and various representative text messages showing they admit they owe me the money but caught an attitude when the bank proved they haven't actually sent it to me and are either trying to pull a fast one to keep the money, or are lying and hoping I will give up. I wont. Let this review serve as a warning to all. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY. They do not value customers or understand the law requires them to give prescriptions to customers immediately without request and even when I DID request it, still didn't get it. 0/10 do not recommend. Avoid at all costs cause the cost is quite a lot! My next step is a formal report to the BBB on these business practices and if we cant come to a resolution that gets me my hard earned money back appropriately as I am legally owed, then another report will be made as I have made every attempt to do this amicably and they have only gotten snottier as time has gone on and were very rude to my bank who tried for days to help me get it through to them that they didnt even have a transaction number or approval code for the "return" they claim they've sent. Under no circumstances does it take 30 days to refund for ANY bank, anywhere. They're lying. Save yourself. Dont be like me and have to deal with this.
