We have been coming to Dr. Chung’s office for a long time, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chung and her amazing team. Over the years, they have consistently provided exceptional care, and it really shows how much they genuinely care about their patients. The doctor is incredibly professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes my kids feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. She has a special way with children, which we truly appreciate. The staff is just as wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and very organized. Every visit feels smooth, stress-free, and pleasant. We are so grateful to have found such a caring and professional practice, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to any family looking for the best care for their children!

Even though she was busy, she took the time to analyze my situation deeply and provided genuine advice for eye maintenance. Her dedication is evident—she doesn’t just engage in "cheap talk"; she truly puts her heart into her work. It’s truly admirable. The optical service was equally impressive. I ordered a pair of glasses and wore them for a while, but eventually realized they didn't suit my personal needs. Knowing that custom lenses cannot be resold, I only requested a partial refund to be fair. To my surprise, the team coordinated quickly and offered me a full refund instead. When I mentioned my concern about their loss, they were incredibly gracious and told me not to worry at all. This is a truly conscientious and honest business that prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. I cannot recommend them enough!

First time coming here and it was a great experience. Previous experience with other doctors always felt rushed just to get a prescription, but Dr Chung is very attentive and patient with any eye conditions you mention. Also the front desk folks are very easy to re-schedule if you have urgent work things coming up. Being able to text them to reschedule is more convenient than calling every time. Would come again!
