Dr. Kabat at River Valley Vision is absolutely incredible. Hope your sitting, I have lots to say. I came in a couple weeks ago to get my eyes checked and explore options for blue light glasses and readers for work — I had no idea how much it would change my daily life. The difference has been night and day. My eyes no longer hurt at the end of the day, the headaches I'd been living with are gone, and Dr. Kabat actually took the time to teach me things I could work on to actively improve my vision — and it's working. I didn't just leave with glasses. I left with knowledge. What sets Dr. Kabat apart is that she has clearly taken her education far beyond what you'd expect from a typical optometrist. She understands the eyes on a level that is genuinely impressive — and she explains it in a way that makes total sense. There's no rushing through your appointment. She's thorough, she's thoughtful, and she genuinely cares about your long-term eye health. On top of all that, she has a wonderful personality and is just a great human being. I took my child to see Dr Kabot and was extremely impressed with her and the River Valley Vision Team! Dr Kabot was very informative to both me, my wife, and my child explaining everything very well and to where both me and my child understood well. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Overall, the whole experience was very, very good. Highly recommended! :)

Unassumingly incredibly down to earth and accommodating optometry here. They have made me comfortable with spending money on the frames rather than online. THAT'S how much I trust these people after one visit. 🤌🏻

Amazing Eye Clinic - worth the drive from MN! Dr. Kabat is awesome with my young kids and she genuinely cares about the health of her patient's vision. As a type 2 diabetic she monitors me annually to ensure I am doing what I should be to protect my eyesight. My girls love going to her clinic and she always engages with them throughout the exam. The clinic is neat and clean with up to date eyewear styles. We won't go anywhere else and have referred friends who are equally satisfied with the level of service they receive. If you are looking for an Eye Doctor, this place is it and trust me I've been to several other clinics from mall chains to local and you'll never find a better place for your eyes!
