I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Mariana and Andrea were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, and the entire office had such a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Masolak was absolutely amazing—thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious she truly cares about her patients and providing the best possible care. It's not often you find a healthcare provider who combines expertise with such a warm, personal touch. I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful that I found this practice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I won't be going anywhere else!

Really enjoyed my visit at Pearle Vision! All the workers were super helpful and organized! Pearle Vision has always been pleasant and I like the wide range of frames available for women! They were so happy to help and it eased my anxiety as someone who has a lot of anxiety when interacting with others. Delfie helped check me out with my frames and was ready for my questions about comparing prices , and also with recommending frames in a specific style. I ended up going with some frames she suggested! I can’t wait for my next visit. Thank you

Andrea was so wonderful during my visit to the Pearle Vision in Riverpoint Center. She was so helpful finding my perfect pair of glasses. I was almost overwhelmed with the choice of choosing a new pair that looked good with my face shape. Andrea was able to pull frames for me that suited my features and also helped me narrow down the perfect pair. I am always cautious of making decisions when it comes to glasses since they will be a part of my everyday look, but Andrea lessened my worries and helped me make the perfect decision. I have been a customer since 2018, with my last documented visit in 2023. I scheduled an appointment today for a contact lens examination, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than beginning with an eye exam, the doctor spent a significant amount of time questioning my visit history and the validity of the prescription I presented. The appointment felt less like a professional assessment and more like an interrogation. The examination did not begin until I expressed that the visit was becoming frustrating and unproductive, and questioned why, as the doctor, he was not conducting the exam. His response was, "Well, let's just do everything from the beginning." Following the appointment, I spoke with the manager, who was able to locate my most recent visit from 2023. It was discovered that the visit had been documented incorrectly under a different location. Additionally, 1-800 Contacts confirmed that the prescription in question had been processed as a verbal order through their doctor-to-doctor communication portal. The manager denied that this was possible, citing company policy, despite the information provided by 1-800 Contacts. This situation highlighted what appeared to be significant issues with both documentation and policy adherence: Documentation errors, including records associated with the wrong location. Apparent inconsistencies in policy application and prescription verification procedures. These issues resulted in unnecessary delays, frustration, and a lack of confidence in the care I received. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the inconsistencies I encountered, I will not be returning to this location or any affiliated locations in the future. Trust is essential when it comes to eye care, and I no longer feel confident placing my care in their hands.

Mariana was incredible! Both my kids needed glasses, one of them for the first time. When we were unable to find sizes and colors on display that we wanted, she went into the back room and got other options. She also pulled up on the computer color substitutions for styles they were already considering. She spent a long time with us and stayed at least a half hour after closing to finish the purchase. We never felt rushed. Thank you so much!
