Hello,,, had a referral for ENT saw NP Emily Fernandez-Bell & she was freaking amazing. I had never been to this location i pulled up & was very happy with the building nice bright clean & perfect temperature. Went to the information desk & the lady helped me find my destination. Got called in, in no more than 10 minutes. Nurse took my vitals & was really nice. Waited in the room for NP Emily Fernandez-Bell for maybe 5 minutes. Dude, she was amazing super knowledgeable very sharp. She made me feel comfortable very professional. I've had health issues for the past 2yrs & most of my dr's I've seen were nowhere close to NP Emily's knowledge & expertise. She's just the kind of physician you want taking care of you & your family. You can totally see that she cares. I don't usually write reviews but I had to do it this time. She's awesome! :)

I have been been a patient at Riverside Medical Clinic for over 32 years.. my Rheumatology Dr. Babajanians retired a few months ago...I opted to go to the Temescal office with Dr. Youssef she was very nice & listened to what I had to say ordered test ect. & then informed me she was leaving for a new job because she was moving..I was very disappointed as the only other Dr left is one I've seen before does not listen to me, wants to try things that have been done many years before & didn't work..So I have been patiently waiting for YOUR clininc to hire 2 more Rheumatoligist..and my time is running short now my specialy prescription is out of refills...this is very disappointing as I was told you were interviewing new RA doctors months ago??
The quality of care has severely dropped here. Dr’s Shahin’s office making mistakes with referrals and orders. Not once but twice. Things that would be easy fixes if you could reach them or if they were actually on top of things they should be doing. Wait time just to get on the line with someone in the call center is easily 30-45 minutes for the initial contact. Then they say they will pass your information to the Dr’s office and they have 48 hours to respond. Same thing using their online portal. Then the Dr’s office doesn’t respond or if they do respond they don’t do what they’re supposed to do and we’re back to square one. After all the delays with Dr Shahin’s office I asked to speak with a Supervisor and so far it’s been 1 week since the Supervisor Kristina was supposed to call but she hasn’t. The insurance company confirmed this morning they still haven’t received what they need from Dr Shahin’s office and when I called RMC Customer Service they said at this point if Kristina isn’t returning my calls I should drive to RMC and go directly to the Administration’s office because there is nothing more they can do aside from sending more messages requesting they call me. All this while my daughter is in pain and they just don’t seem to care.
The doctors I’ve had have been great, but with the transition of a new company purchasing the clinic it has turned into an absolute disaster. Doctors and staff are over worked. They have cut out any personal contact that they use to provide and they are simply trying to maximize their profits. My appointments are constantly cancelled and rescheduled months out after I’ve waited for months for the appointment. I have repeatedly given them another chance since I’ve been with them for 25+ years. It’s not getting better. It’s just getting worse. Sad to see a wonderful medical clinic reduced to this state.
The doctors office cancelled my son’s appointment and left a voicemail to reschedule. Calling the appointment center is a joke. First time waited 15 minutes and had to disconnect because I was at work and my break was over. Second time took 18 minutes to get to the center and then when I told them the doctor they put me on hold again with a 20 min wait. The lady that called back was unhappy that it was loud but I have other obligations and was driving so it was road noise. On hold I go again just to find out he’s busy due to seminars. I miss being able to make appointments at the office or online. If you try online it send a request and good luck if you here back. The doctors are great but they need a larger call center to handle the demand.
