I was in town on vacation and had an issue with my contact. I tried Walmart and a couple of other bigger name places to try to get a replacement lens but the brand didn’t match my RX from my doc at home. Then I called Riverside and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Called me back several times as we verified prescriptions, doctor recommendations, etc. And then the icing on the cake was that they stayed late so we could pick up the lens when they were ready to head home for the day, and on a holiday week! What an excellent experience and customer service. So glad I found them and I hope this helps you find them too.

New patient, everyone was very kind and considerate. Dr Hulst sent my diabetic eye exam results over to my primary Dr immediately, which was great because we had been asking previous eye doc to send results for two years with zero action taken. Bravo Doc!!

Dr. Balok & Staff are wonderful! I appreciate that they all are willing to explain and answer questions that I may have and they treat you as a HUMAN not just a number. The atmosphere is calming like you are at a home in a sense and you can see how family oriented they are and also how the employees even look and seem valued which brings comfort as well. Dr Balok and his team were amazing from the moment I arrived to the minute I left the building. The team of nurses and anesthesiologist were professional and provided detailed information of each step of the cataract surgery. I highly recommend Dr Balok and his amazing team!
