Riz Eye Care -The Woodlands I enjoyed the Dr (Dr.D) he was nice with humor 5 stars ( ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) What made me subtract from the review, staff member Naoli gave less than stellar Customer service some retraining would be positive to her success. Even her phone ettiquette was off. When I asked her to resend the link to my phone to complete she sighed and said, loudly OH MY GODDDD ! This is a job , not a hobby. When I asked to have the link resent . She demanded I scan a QR code. Going back in forth with me , instead of completing the request. She needs to be retrained immediately .

I've been getting eye & contact exams for a few years. This was one of the best experiences i've had. My appointment was quick and all my questions were answered. I got my prescription and an accurate test pair of contacts right away. Thanks yall. Tina & Dr. Dede

I was dissatisfied with my experience here. The doctor sped through the checks that previous optometrists usually spend several minutes on, didn't dilate my eyes (again, as I'm accustomed to), told me two things that I have never heard anyone say about my eyes before, and had me out the door in record time. I suspect she was trying to get me done quickly because someone had walked in, and she wanted to be done by closing time. (I had the last appointment slot of the day.) I'm reluctant to spend $200+ on new glasses when I don't trust the script I received, so I plan to get a second opinion.

This eye care place is fantastic! I've been treated with a smile by the whole staff and haven't had pressure to upgrade services. I highly recommend Riz eye care! ✨

Tina is amazing. My wife and I love her. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly she is kind and generous with her time.
