Dr. Innocenzi is amazing, he saw my 10 years old for the first time last week and he was very patient with him, he has a lot of knowledge and experience and he is very polite and friendly. He answered all the questions I had. The staff is very friendly and I had some questions for them and they were very polite answering everything. Thank Dr. Innocenzi for your great office!
I don’t know if it’s the insurance or the Doctor but I have nothing good to say about Dr Innocenzi or the medical center for eye surgery. Ridiculous procedures you have to go through and the far out appointments just to be seen. Horrible experience at the medical center for surgery. A insulting little Asian man for the anesthesiologist. What a waste of time. I’ve had eye surgery before it’s Cataracts procedure. I went to Barnett Delaney and Perkins Eye Center and surprise Arizona. Wonderful experience with this brilliant young woman who did my left eye. I had a cataract and stigmatism. She put a new lens in my eye removing my cataract and Lysik surgery making my pupil round again giving me 20/25 vision once again. You’d think California would be better but nope complete failure. 😞
Very kind and nice people, both the receptionists and the doctor. My eye exam was done fast and my new glasses came quick!
I had eye cataracts removed 2 weeks apart for my right then left eye. All the staff were very professional and kind. The eye drops were provided with specific instructions for each eye. There was no discomfort or any pain following the surgery or treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Innocenzi and all his staff for the good care and kindness that I received in February and March 2024. Irene Hernandez
This was such an easy surgery. Doctor Innocenzi is very good at what he does it was quick painless and a complete success as far as I'm concerned. And there isn't one thing he said that wasn't 100% accurate . Thank you Dr. Innocenzi and staff great experience.
