Fine. Quick. Serviceable. I guess I was expecting more tests or something? I got a prescription immediately, but have had other Optometrists mention the possibility of a detached retina or doing scans of the back of my eye and showing me images of them before. This was the most efficient and least informative eye exam I’ve ever had. Like the drive-thru car wash of eye exams. I feel like I should go somewhere else and maybe get a more thorough exam? But everyone was really nice!

Been going to see Dr. Collins for over a decade and have never had any complaints. The staff is always friendly, professional and very proficient. There's rarely a wait of over 5 minutes. Sometimes there's not enough seating in the waiting room, but it's rare.

Nice clean atmosphere very professional friendly. Elizabeth was a big help to me made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to getting my glasses. Thanks again. My friend Patricia Collins recommended you to me and I thank her also.

Everything was great. Explained the process though out the examination. I felt very sure through the process and very professional. Haven't had this type of attention in other places. Thank you for a great job.

Still a good optometrist. I've been there years ago, but my insurance changed and had to go elsewhere. When I was able to come back, the wait was short, the service was excellent, and the showcase was thorough. Much cheaper for the same titanium frames that i bought in studio city.... I'll keep coming back.
