Husband had a 9:30 appt for 4 month follow up. We walked out at 1030. Never informed running late never given the option to reschedule. Just because patient's are retired does not make their time less valuable. It would have been professional to be informed of any delays. Any communication is better than none. I believe the providers are competent in their care, the office staff could be better trained in good customer service.

Phenomenal and learned doctor - a dying breed. He did both my eyes with Panoptic Lenses. I no longer need glasses or contacts for the rest of my life-- reading and distance !! . You feel nothing. I had cataracts and now everything is not only so clear -- but so BRIGHT!! The lines on the highway are actually bright white! It's like looking at life thru a Reveal lightbulb. 20/20 20/12.5. He explained as we get older our lenses yellow. You don't realize it until he completes one eye. Thank you Dr. Schnipper! You're the man! His hallways are filled with numerous accolades. There are a plethora of pictures of PGA golf pros and one of John Travolta who have trusted in Dr. Schnipper. You are in the best hands. Thanks again Dr. Schnipper.

I had Lasik surgery done by Dr. Schnipper and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Dr. Schnipper and his entire staff were amazing — professional, kind, and genuinely caring every step of the way. It was truly incredible to wake up the next morning and see without glasses or contacts. I’m beyond happy with my results and only wish I had done it sooner. It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I highly recommend Dr. Schnipper and his team to anyone considering Lasik!

Today I was able to open my eyes and read without glasses with my left eye. Yesterday I had a cataract removed and a lens implant that lets me drive, and read.in two weeks I will have my right eye made for distance and the cataract removed. The yellowish tinge I see with this right eye now will be gone and colors will be brilliant like the left. Dr Robert Schnipper is not only gentle with his touch but great at bedside manner. Genius with his bladeless lasik 19 yrs ago when we met, and then he gave me a reading eye and driving eye. Now he fixed my cataract’s. The surgical center is clean and staff is great. The office is helpful and helped me with my work hours. God bless him and his staff.
