Came here today for 3 teeth to be extracted. First off there were wayyy too many patients in there at the same time and the waiting room was full. My appointment was at 12:00 didn’t get called back until after 1pm. The doctor was rough with the numbing needles like didn’t give me a heads up they just stabbed with the numbing needles. Then i thought were going to put me to sleep nope they gave me medicine but I wasn’t sleep and I could feel them pulling the teeth they didn’t talk me through or nothing. Then they didn’t give me any extra graze or aftercare list nothing. This place really isn’t organized

If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that one. They are very Rude and very unprofessional here. Called to talk to some one about a consultation, the Dr. Him self hung up in my face. I called back this morning, they wanted to place me on a 9 minutes hold just to cancel an appointment. I hung up,called back spoke with the lady who answered the phone, told her I was recording this call just as they were. Was able to get the appointment canceled with in 2-3 minutes. I told them I was going to post a Google review on them as well. They aren't professional at all. This place should be shut down. What do I look like going up in there having wisdom teeth surgically removed, by a doctor who hung up in my face the day before. I WOULDN'T recommend this business to anyone they seem shady and like scam artists.

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and also 2 roots. and everything went good.. so I thought. I’m not sure what happened while taking out a root at the bottom but my gum and cheek were significantly cut up in the process which prolong my healing. ALSO, I WAS OVER CHARGED! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES, NO ONE HAS AN ANSWER IN REGARD TO MY REFUND! THEY HAVE ALSO IGNORED MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH IN TURN MADE THEM FILE A COMPLAINT ON MY BEHALF.

Waited a week in pain for surgery, only to be rescheduled by text the day before. When I called, the manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero empathy. I had already taken time off and was treated like I was the inconvenience. Canceled my appointment and would not recommend this office.

Dr. Khan and his back team staff were phenomenal surgery went well with no pain after. However, the front office staff was terrible. They were uninformed; they gave misleading information and overall were not helpful. I was told my insurance would cover 50% of the extraction and 50% anesthesia the day of the visit, which is also when I found out this office uses IV sedation instead of gas. I was asked to $466 upfront + the 3% service fee for using a card, to which I paid $480 upfront. When my insurance sent the explanation of benefits I was charged more than was, I was supposed to pay, this is when I found out after calling multiples of time and being ignored, that I was charged $85 for every 15 mins I was "supposedly" under anesthesia (mind you I paid upfront), and I was charged $310 for an tooth extraction vs the $188.50 that was billed to my insurance. When calling to try to get this straightened out, I was gaslighted multiples times and even told "this is btwn the insurance company and our office" even though it was my money that was used. One of the ladies even went on to say that someone entered the wrong code. They wanted to use the code that insurance DID NOT cover. Overall, if you are to come this office, straighten out everything with your insurance first, don't rely on the front office staff to be truthful about anything!
