I was last seen by Dr. Stacy Olsen on April 15 of last year. I had reached out to schedule some vaccinations before April 15 but couldn’t get a hold of her due to her being on vacation. Now that she is back, I am being refused vaccinations till at-least September due to it being a year since my last physical. Working in the healthcare field it’s causing undo hardship and stress to have to wait for a physical before receiving my annual vaccinations. It’s a bit frustrating as no one from RRH had reached out over the last year informing me that I should be scheduling a physical or that I would be unable to access my doctor for 5 plus months if I don’t have a physical. In the future, I recommend scheduling a follow-up or reaching out when it is getting time for another appt. Or at-least informing clients that they wont have access to vaccinations or medications if they are not seen. Luckily I am healthy and dont have any prescriptions but I could see this policy severely negatively impacting client health and satisfaction.

I would suggest finding a different place if searching for a primary physician. My experience with them has been negative to say the least. Multiple misdiagnosed life altering medical conditions as well as missed opportunities to improve my quality of life through lack of testing for obvious symptoms that could have kept diseases from advancing so rapidly. I'd go as far as to say it borders on malpractice. There are better institutions out there to better care for you and your family.

Do not go to the Dermatologist here. I waited 8 months for an appointment for her to tell me I had to go see a plastic surgeon for a little ingrown hair cyst. She assured me that Doctor Yost was in Batavia. I scheduled the appointment and found out he is in Greece! I get to Doctor Yost's office and he asked me why she didn't remove it and assured me that she could have done it. Wasted 8 months, wrong information, gas, and time from work for a Doctor being basically lazy. Do not go here!

I have used the facility for various services and had a great experience each time. The blood draws have been practically painless.

I requested a medication refill to a new pharmacy, with the information for the new pharmacy, and the refill was sent to my old pharmacy within an hour of my request. I called the office to have it sent to the correct pharmacy. It's now been over 24 hours, multiple requests, and no information or updates just they "haven't reviewed it yet" okay but why did you approve the first one immediately and send it to the wrong place even though I provided the correct location and information including the phone number and address...? There's a shortage and this is time sensitive. Dr Walters specifically told me to call multiple times if the pharmacy doesn't receive the refill, so obviously he believes his own staff to be incompetent and apparently he's right. I'm finding a new doctor and hopefully this location gets it together and hires some more competent employees to handle client needs.
