Jennifer n Marie are great. Fast service! They take walks in. 6/20 - Katie was great today too! I drive from Batavia because everyone and everything in Genesee County is inept.

Dr. D is above and beyond amazing. Kind compassionate. Listens goes above and beyond for her patients. I will see no one else. State of the art equipment. She is amazing gave me hope where no body else would or did.. Thank you so much. Highly recommend 10 stars.. Nickie Coleman...

Called Fred to make an appointment for my husband to get glasses. He had gotten glasses there before, but Fred had trouble finding my husband in their system because they had his wrong birthdate which he corrected. Fred took his insurance info & number saying it takes a couple days for insurance to get back to them. We drove the 40 miles to Walmart for the appointment only to be informed they didn’t have him scheduled and they don’t take Blue Cross of WNY. Couldn’t they call us to tell us that? What a waste of time!!! Never trust Fred!

Excellent service, all of the staff was so kind and my son much preferred genseo walmart vision center over university eye in warsaw. The whole appointment was done in a timely manner and I am just so impressed with optometrist. Highly reccomend.
