After passing out during a blood draw, I was sent to the lab at the main clinic to complete my blood work. I was helped by Katelyn (Caitlin?), who was so caring and moved me to a bed to lie down while we did the blood draw. She talked to my husband and I the whole time, keeping me distracted with conversation and a sense of humor. By the time she asked how I was doing, she was already done. Maybe 5 minutes. Easily the best blood draw experience I’ve had in my life (which is weird to say)! After being so nervous to pass out again, I left in a great mood because the whole experience was absolutely painless and easy. I hope I get to see Katelyn again for my next blood draw!

The medical staff is outstanding and the office and lab staff are efficient and friendly. I needed to be seen and the Natalie who handles scheduling was so kind abd helpful - I really appreciated her effort on my behalf. The doctor was unavailable so she scheduled me with Clara Simpson ARNP and I was very happy to meet her. She helped me with my problem.
I tried for 5 days to get a call back from number in link, for a bill that shows is on autopay. They tacked on something else for a office charge @ a HOSPITAL or something like that. When they FINALLY called back was after 2 call from different numbers I had to look up on google OTHER digits. Trying for 5 days with NO CALL BACKS from digits listed in link for payment. Customer service rep was kind enough but from our convo she should have offered to add that additional fee to payment arrangement ALREADY in place. Considering my telling her that it felt like harassment since already had payment arrangement but still getting collection links. Very disappointed in MultiCare taking sooooooooo long to reply to my numerous phone calls
Rockwood... I'm sure you're fine. But this review is for Cheryl (who knows if I spelled that right). She works downstairs in imaging and she was the best. What a hoot! Fun and funny but still compassionate. Made me laugh and feel at ease. A+!! Keep her.
Went there because I had a severe itch around the right breast nipple. I was very concerned that I might have breast cancer. No family history. Mammograms didn't show anything because I had very dense breast tissue. Radiology said something about "just another dumb patient". I pointed out that I had dimpling in the right beast. Still I was sent home. I went and got another opinion elsewhere and was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer and ended up having a bilateral mastectomy. Atypical hyperplasia in both breasts. Today I'm alive and doing well. Had I stayed at Rockwood and not gone elsewhere to get treated the outcome might not have been so good.
