Very nice office! I was welcomed immediately after walking in the door by the front desk. Super easy check in experience. I saw the Doctor on time as well and her assistant greeted me with a warm welcome as well before walking me through the appointment. The gal who helped me at check out was amazing as well! She helped me find the perfect glasses for me, helped me get the best bang for my buck with insurance and also even helped me call my HSA card to activate it! All around a great team and I highly recommend for your eye care. Thank you!!

My first visit to Blink Eyecare and the Doctor was thorough and personable. The Optician, Cara, took her time and expertise to help me find the perfect frames that fit my face and my personality. Every staff I interacted with was friendly and polite. I am very glad I found a new eyecare office!
The office is attractive. The location is easily accessible. Dr. Dionne has a very kind and approachable manner and he made me feel extremely comfortable. His explanations were very clear, and he was very patient. Dr. Dionne get 5 stars. The office staff get 3. The office staff charged me based off the insurance information of another patient, not me. Over the phone, and in-person, they disregarded my explanation. It's like they didn't listen to a word I said. Eventually I asked them to call my insurer. They tried, but were put on hold and refused to wait. So I overpaid by $30 and it was on ME to call my insurer and wait on hold. I called my insurer, and I got my insurer to call Blink Eyecare. They then discovered Blink Eyecare were looking at the insurance for the wrong patient. I specifically told them that I verified my co-pays three times with my insurer, and apparently it never occurred to them that they might, or DID, have two patients with the same name... Blink Eyecare refunded my money right away.
I have been seeing Dr. Dionne at Blink Eye Care for two years. He is amazing, he listens, he cares deeply. My case was very tricky and he referred me to Dr. Skoog. Between the two of them and figuring out things, my eye sight has gotten better. I finally was able to get a new eye glass prescription and order my new glasses. He and I were really excited about how great my eyes are finally.
My eye had started hurting over the holiday weekend. I thought it might be a sty but knew for certain something was not right. I called as soon as the Clinic opened this morning and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Anderson (her only opening during her lunch break). Sure enough, the eye was infected, and I am now on an antibiotic. Getting treated so quickly, Dr. Anderson thinks there is every chance of a good outcome.
