Just got back from having an eye exam and the staff were incredible and very professional. I'm in the assisted living facility and my only source of income is social security and I only get $350 through my insurance towards glasses, but Sean was able to work with that and get me frames that I like and lenses that are good quality and I'm looking very forward to getting my glasses in the next week and a half to two weeks. I highly recommend the frame factory

Took my glasses without an appointment I thought my glasses were done for! Really awesome place will definitely return if my glasses break again.

Last night I was cleaning my glasses and to my dismay, one of the arms snapped off of my glasses. I went to this facility and within 45 minutes, the glasses were fixed for an incredibly reasonable price. The gentleman who worked on my glasses was incredibly professional and helpful. Thank you so much for working me in so quickly!
