The Eye Care Team

This place saved me!! I am in Spokane for the week, and I forgot my daily contacts at home. I called them and asked if I could buy a sample pack for each eye, and they just had me send them a picture of my prescription, and I was able to go pick up the contacts within an hour of my initial outreach. I paid $15 total for a 5-pack of dailies for each eye, and it was SO worth it to have contacts for the week. Awesome experience with this team, and grateful that they are open late, as I was able to get the contacts at 5:45 pm! Highly recommend!

Was easy to make an appointment with quick availability. Everybody was friendly, and doctor was thorough and courteous. Great selection of frames to choose from at the end of the appointment with help from an employee but no pressure to purchase from them. Super happy with my experience!

I can't thank the team at the Eye Care center for their professionalism and kindness. I brought my brother in to their center to receive some new glasses. At first look, my brother is very rough around the edges, close to homeless. But Ryan Pooler treated him like he had value and he was just as important as any other customer. I brought my 17 year old daughter in to get glasses and to try contacts. She had tried contacts at another place and it wasn’t a good experience for her and she didn’t get them. They were not patient and frustrated at the time it took her to put the contacts in. Well today she tried again and she LOVES them. Everyone was nice and willing to spend the time it took to work with her until she was comfortable. Everyone from the front office to check out were all amazing and personable and professional. Highly recommend.

We have gone to The Eye Care Team for years!! Always have excellent care and don't feel rushes thru. Each person's very professional and friendly... Good luck to Dr Kellogg in retirement 👍 Job well done!!!
