Garland Vision Source

Our entire family ABSOLUTELY LOVES coming here for our annual eye exams. Every single staff member from front desk, to tech, to optical has made the experience wonderful, and very friendly (and stress-free for our 3 year old). We LOVE seeing Dr. Hedlund- she made the whole experience so easy and simple, again, for the 3 year old, and is also so very personable for the adults as well. Highly recommend her for family visits. And when the three year old was getting fussy while Mom and Dad were looking at glasses, they let her try some on and she absolutely loved it. This was our second time coming and we are definitely going to be coming back- highly recommend Garland Vision Source!

The doctors are great but DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE. I bought glasses all the way back in December. Despite being told they should arrive in 2-3 weeks and I would receive a message when they arrived, I ended up having to check for an update in February just to be told they hadn't been made yet for some reason. So then come March, I finally get a message saying my glasses arrived. I come in the next day excited to have my new glasses, especially since my current glasses had just broke the day of. But then I'm told that somehow the lenses were lost in that time. Oh and another thing: even though I bought frames AND lenses, I was informed I only bought lenses. So in addition to not even having my lenses, I now had to buy new frames. To top it all off, what should have been me taking 5 minutes to pick up my new glasses turned into 30 minutes of waiting and having to sort through this ordeal with the staff, which ended up making me late for work despite me giving ample time to make it on time and telling the staff of my situation. I have gone through all this, for glasses I bought in December that I still have not received in March, and now I'm having to survive off glasses that are barely usable thanks to the poor service here. This has been a really upsetting experience, and it feels like all the good work done by the doctors is undone when I can't even get my glasses to see. And despite voicing all this to the staff, I was not given any sort of compensation or accommodation for this. I have astigmatism. I NEED these glasses to see. This has been a terrible experience, and it has been to the detriment of my vision. DO NOT BUY GLASSES HERE.

First time here at Garland Vision source, I had the best customer service from the front desk to Roanna ( I believe) at Optical. She helped me find the best pair, she also was so sweet and kind. Thank you for all your help today :) I love that they carried so many different brands and options they were fully stocked up I highly recommend coming here :)

There are not enough stars to accurately describe the high level of customer service, extreme professionalism and friendly environment that is Garland Vision Source. Dr Hagen not only makes having my eyes examined fun, but his knowledge of all things vision have allowed me to see clearly even though I have double and mono vision issues. Roanne in the eyeglass department and all others on both the exam and eyeglass sides are exceptional employees. Thank you everyone!

Thank you Dr. Glennie at Garland Vision Source for making time to see me for a same day Urgent eye exam. I was worried about an infection. He was very kind and made me feel at ease. Very thorough exam. The office staff was very friendly and the facilities were SUPER clean !! Nice office with easy accessible parking lot off Garland. I hated having a problem with my eye BUT getting acquainted with their services was a positive outcome. I left there feeling like I was on the right track for a speedy recovery. I have a new optometrist and will be returning for my yearly eye exams. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you!!!
