My eyes are smiling! I'm very impressed with how much care this team put into helping me find the perfect eyewear. Jolene and Jackie have excellent taste and took the time to adjust the glasses until they fit perfectly. I absolutely love my new frames!
My healthcare provider had made changes and I needed to find a new office for an eye exam. I was long overdue. I left with dilated eyes and a smile. LOL I mistakenly went to the wrong office, called N Spokane Eye Care and fortunate for me, they were able to accomodate my mistake as I was probably 15 mins late for my scheduled appt. I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Jolene and she made scheduling my next so simple I kept thinking I was forgetting something. Tamara brought me to the back office and she did initial eye tests, gathering data for Dr Shurtz to read. She was also friendly, explanatory and she listened. She put me at ease quickly. Dr Shurtz is a surprise, he introduced himself and was engaging, funny and maintained the professionalism of someone confident in their skills and experience. I was really wowed by the entire experience and patient care I received from the 3 indovoduals who I encountered, from Jolene to Tamara to Dr Shurtz. The office was clean, the technology and equipment made the visit efficiently streamlined. It was a delightful visit. Yes, I would recommend this office to anyone I know who might be looking for a new provider.
I had a fantastic experience at this optometrist office. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. It’s obvious they are highly knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. I left feeling confident in both their expertise and the care I received. I will absolutely be trusting them with my eye care moving forward, highly recommend!
EXCELLENT optometrist. I’m a professional artist with a stranger than usual prescription and Dr. Shurtz is one of the best optometrists I’ve had in my long career as an eye patient. The team he works with is efficient and helpful, extremely patient and so kind. I highly recommend this office, wonderfully professional. Thank you for your excellent care.
Dr.Shurtz is a great doctor! Dr.Shurtz shows to really care about his patients concerns. First time I had my vision exam with Dr.Shurtz I was extremely happy with my prescription! I have had experiences where other doctors were not able to get my prescription correctly on the first visit , so the hour and a half drive is so worth it! I would highly recommend him to friends and family! Thank you so much!
