Eyeglass World

Updated review. Could not get calls through originally last week but found out it was due to the fire evacuation. Went in just a bit ago and was taken care of incredibly by staff. Extremely happy with my service today. Everything was perfect from front desk attendant, back room attendant, optometrist, to the check out person John. Definitely will continue to do business here. Thank you Eyeglass World Team! -Nicholas

Had the absolute best experience today at Eyeglass World. Hollie was amazing to work with! Who knew getting fitted for new glasses could be such a wonderful reminder of all the kindness, compassion, and sense of community that can be found in our fellow human’s hearts. Hollie helped me pick out the perfect frames when I was overwhelmed with choices, and when she found out I was working within a budget, she worked some real magic to make sure my glasses would have everything I needed,(and even some extras!) and still be affordable for me. In a time when Spokane is facing so much sadness, an interaction between two strangers left me feeling so much joy. I will forever recommend this store. Wonderful staff, amazing prices, and a store that is helping the community in a time of great need. 10/5 stars. THANK YOU!!!

Huge shoutout to Courtney and Eric- they were both so amazing! Courtney helped us understand our bill and has such a bright personality, it makes going to the eye clinic fun. Eric does a great job at creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers, and you can definitely tell the employees are happy to be there and help. Highly recommend eyeglass world!!

I went in today needing glasses ASAP. My prescription is really really bad and I'm blinder than blind haha. I also currently have an eye injury and can no longer wear contacts. I haven't had a pair of glasses in years! But, Courtney was a huge lifesaver for me today! She helped me to find exactly what I was looking for AND at a great price! The lab manager Kayla was also a true gem. She hooked me up with transition lenses and is working hard to get BOTH pairs of glasses for me done today by 2pm. Kind, courteous, and helpful is how I would describe these wonderful ladies there. 🙂 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing glasses. Thank you Courtney and Kayla! You rock! ❤️

Went in to have the lenses switched on a pair of older Versace frames. John was so helpful! He made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend!
