I have driven my sister here multiple times, as well as a family friend. They have never waited less than 70 minutes for an appointment. Today my sister waited 2 hours and 25 minutes to be seen. Two hours and 25 minutes. I’m pretty sure the only reason she was seen then was because I called (from the parking lot) to complain and told them I was having an emergency. I had to wait 15 minutes on hold before I spoke with an actual person. On brand. Never go here. Find another doctor, even if it means going to another city. This place ain’t that great.

They didn’t tell me they wouldn’t take my vision insurance and went ahead with an exams that should have cost me $100. Now I owe them $500 and the best they’ll do is a 10% discount. Dr was nice but not honest people working in their admin and billing. Go someplace else.
The guy receptionist was rude. We had an appointment at 930 we got there at 937 he says your late your appointment was at 920 we only allow 15min window. So if we went by his 920 we would of been 17 min window but no my 84 yr old neighbor had to reschedule and he tells her Dr Johnson is booked out for a year she's been seeing this Dr for 40+years...she had eye infection and needed her glasses. I've never heard of such nonsense DO BETTER!!! The guy was on a powertrip it was his way or beat it. Disgusting!!
Doctors are good. Front desk/appointments/reception are terrible. Terse, condescending, and rather rude. There is no urgency to what they do and lines are long. With a New Jersey corporate office running the place, I don’t expect anything to improve. Outdated and somewhat dirty lobby. Really outdated equipment and chairs.
Easy reception. Comfortable waiting room. Preliminary tests were thorough. Dr Jack and his assistant were great. Only wish I had been prepared for being so uncomfortable from the shot. It is itchy and watery. I hope I will feel better tomorrow.
