Grateful I found this office. Customer Service was phenomenal. Katie especially is a true gem. She is so personable and enjoyable! Glasses were a lot more than expected. Dr. Was very nice. I would recommend this office and come again.

Easy access and parking, friendly and warm staff. I was well informed during the appointment about what was happening and why, making sure there were no surprises. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Definitely would recommend this clinic to friends and family alike.

Had a great experience here—everyone was so kind and welcoming. They took the time to help me choose the right glasses, even bringing in another staff member to give input. I never felt rushed, and they really made me feel like a valued customer. Walked out confident in my choice. Highly recommend!

My experiences at Northside Vision have always been awesome. The staff are friendly and efficient. Also everyone is so knowledgeable and they are always up to date with new information. I was so happy to hear that there are many new treatment options for my persistent dry eye condition!!

Wonderful support staff from front to back, such an efficient process filling out forms and having the exam. Dr. Fairborn is so kind, he explained everything clearly and I feel confident about his suggestions for my dry eye issues.
