I love the employees here. They are so patient with my Son who has sensory issues. They are quick servicing as well as reacting in order to get a reading before my kiddo moves. Hands down the best place I have been too and we have been to a lot and have been going here for 3 yrs now. Still love them.

I had a great experience today. Sasha was delightful and helpful. The Tech was knowledgeable, clear and focused. Dr. Zinc was thorough and detailed, answered all my questions and did not push to sell me products I did not need.

Northwest Vision Institute is amazing. They were able to get us into a same-day appointment and truly went above and beyond with their service. Even though their schedule was full, they still found a way to squeeze in my 11-year-old. I also had my younger kids with me, and despite them being a little wild and not on their best behavior, the doctor and staff were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Thank you for being so welcoming and for taking such great care of our family!

My insurance changed, and I had to pick a new provider. I am very grateful that I chose to use Vision institute Northwest! Intake process was a breeze, a very straightforward, streamlined experience. The front desk staff (Marissa and Chloe) were very friendly and personable. Dr Zink was very kind and listened to my concerns. My technician (I don't recall her name, but she definitely introduced herself) was also very kind and made me feel comfortable with what to expect with the different kind of technology they were using for my vision exam. 5 stars!
