Paid 700 dollars for frames and lenses I cannot use. Wanted same lenses that I used previously thru this business and was told they were Workspace lenses when I bought them. Asked for the same lenses with updated prescription that I thought I had on original glasses. They ordered progressive lenses that I cannot use and they will not refund. They offered single vision lens instead with no cost to me. The progressives are WAY more expensive than single vision. Somehow I am supposed to know that what I paid for at this business a couple of years ago is NOT what I received. I was told work space lens with blue light blocking. That is what I asked for this time (assumed that is what I had on glasses bought from Rogers previously). No refund, Chandra is very rude, and this business is buyer beware! I have asked to speak with Krista (one of owners) but request denied by Chandra. I was respectful to this company requesting a refund, but was shut down quick, hard, and fast saying no refunds. This is the fault of the business that was NOT even the same lenses as I was told I had received before.
