The store is generally clean and well organized, making it easy to find what you need. Recently, the checkout lines haven’t been abnormally long, which helps the overall experience. The biggest downside is getting in and out of the parking lot, which can be a nightmare, especially during busy times. Overall, still a good location to shop.

Sam’s Club is the kind of place where you walk in for paper towels and somehow leave with enough supplies to survive a small weather event, feed a family reunion, and open a snack stand beside the highway. Everything is big, organized, and ready to make you feel like buying in bulk is not just shopping — it is a lifestyle choice. The store is clean, the selection is excellent, and the prices make you start doing math in your head like you suddenly became the CFO of your pantry. One minute you are looking at bottled water, the next minute your cart has paper plates, laundry detergent, rotisserie chicken, and a box of cookies large enough to require its own seatbelt. The staff is helpful, checkout is convenient, and the whole shopping experience is smooth from start to finish. Sam’s Club is perfect for stocking up, saving money, and making your refrigerator look like it finally got promoted. We truly appreciate Sam’s Club for the great products, friendly service, and excellent value. Highly recommended for anyone who likes saving money, buying smart, and leaving with a cart that looks like it is training for the Olympics.

This is the original Sam’s Club for this area and they never disappoint! I love the new Scan & Go because it makes those last minute runs before closing a breeze!

Went this morning and waited over 20 minutes for some assistance. Poor gentleman went around asking if someone could assist and the other workers said they had other things to do. He even tried to grab a manager and the manager still had no control over trying to grab a worker. I think some re-hiring needs to be done. I understand things need to get done but customers should still come first!

Sam’s Club – 2537 S. Saunders St, Raleigh NC 03/09/2026 – around 3:48 PM I had a very embarrassing and unpleasant experience at this Sam’s Club location today, mainly because of the behavior of Front End Supervisor Abby. I asked Abby for help with the Scan & Go feature in the Sam’s Club app because my payment wasn’t going through. Instead of helping, she immediately had a rude attitude and was rushing me the entire time. She asked to see the error message on my phone but kept interrupting and not letting me even show her properly. She then loudly announced in front of multiple customers that the reason my payment wasn’t going through was because I didn’t have a credit card attached to the app. I told her I already have the Sam’s Club credit card attached. She told me to try again and when it still didn’t work she raised her voice again and said the issue was because I was using EBT and that EBT charges taxes and I would need to pay the taxes. This whole conversation was done loudly in front of the entire front-end area which felt extremely humiliating and unnecessary. At that point I responded back because of how she was speaking to me. Other supervisors then stepped in and were actually able to help me resolve the issue quickly and professionally. I asked for Abby’s name because I wanted to file a complaint for the way she treated me. While I was waiting for the store manager Josh, Abby stood nearby staring at me in an intimidating way and started laughing and mocking me like the situation was funny. That level of unprofessional behavior from a supervisor is unbelievable. When Josh and the other supervisors arrived they immediately removed her from the area and spoke with me. I explained what happened and told him I would be following up. Unfortunately the experience didn’t stop there. When I went to the food court area to get some ice, the employee working there yelled at me in front of everyone saying, “Ma’am you cannot do that! You have to pay for that.” I asked her if I had to pay for ice and she said yes while smirking and shaking her head while rolling her eyes at me. I then proceeded and grabbed Josh again and explained to him what happened and he told me I didn’t had pay for the ice from the ice machine. At this point I was beyond frustrated. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant, almost 36 weeks, and the last thing I should have to deal with while shopping is being yelled at or embarrassed by multiple employees. I have been a loyal Sam’s Club customer for years, but the level of rudeness and lack of professionalism from several employees today was shocking. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of their supervisors because customers should not be treated like this. P. S I would also like to address the incorrect information that was given to me regarding EBT payments. EBT does not charge taxes on eligible food items. This is basic information that front-end supervisors should already know. Abby loudly told me in front of other customers that my payment was not going through because “EBT charges taxes,” which is simply not accurate. Situations like this show that associates need better training on how EBT transactions work so customers are not given incorrect information or embarrassed in front of others.
