I always have a great experience getting my eye exam yearly. Dr. Paulson is very kind, thourough & informative with the results of the exam. I really appreciate Ashley's help today in picking out new frames for my new perscriprion & she is very knowledgeable in getting me the best deal through VSP insurance. Everyone was very helpful. I went to both locations because I was looking for a specific frame style. Colfax did a great job on the exam, and pullman did a great job finding my special frames. Both locations were very helpful .

Such a tiny office but they really pack a punch in customer service! Everyone is just so friendly and helpful here. The doctor is very friendly and listens and answers any questions you have and I never felt like I was rushed. One of the ladies there was kind enough to patiently help me pick out frames. Thank you for such a great experience!
