A really great experience from beginning to end. I came for a routine eye exam and left with a much deeper understanding of my eye health. Dr. Jessica Kennedy and her assistant, Tessa, were both incredibly friendly and professional, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy.
When I saw 422 reviews with a 4.8 star rating I was very hopeful. But this office surpassed all of my expectations. The staff was so friendly and professional. Made you feel like they've known you for a while, instantly clicked. The optometrist was hands down one of the most knowledgeable & professionals with a very good sense of humor and made the visit fun and interesting. I learned a lot. The way they handled billing was very human and with ease as I had just gotten new insurance. They made the process comfortable and built trust. This is a great place. Oh, great art on the walls too by the way.

I was traveling from out of state and had an eye emergency. Roosevelt Vision was able to get me in immediately and treated my issue. I have been to many eye doctors, but I have to say my exam was the most comprehensive I have ever had. Thanks for saving my trip!
Dr. Williams is exceptional at explaining the exams, what each of them measures and how your eyes respond. Their optical customer help is fantastic! They explain the billing, the insurance, adjust current glasses while measuring for the new prescription. The service for all aspects of Roosevelt Vision is of exceptional quality and I would recommend them to everyone.
