The doctor was fantastic, really great. But the Optician? A complete disaster. The most unprofessional person I've ever met in my life. First off, outrageously expensive—$120 just to change a prescription, and that’s when I already had my own frames. Total rip-off! And get this: he LOST my vintage YSL frames! Says his car was 'broken into.' When I asked if he called the police or got a report, he hadn't done anything. Nothing! Huge RED FLAG. I got my money back, sure, but did he replace my frames? Nope. Did he offer to pay for them? Of course not. Just tried to give me some ‘new’ frame from his collection—absolutely unacceptable. Terrible experience. The staff? Totally unprofessional too. Do yourself a favor—DO NOT go to this office. A total waste of time and money!

The good reviews on here MUST be fake- or not for the facility I booked at (Williamsburg). This is singlehandedly the WORST medical appointment I have been to in my life. SO unprofessional. When I arrived, I waited for 10 minutes before they called me to the desk and grilled me about where/how I made my appointment as it was not on their roster. When I told them ZocDoc, they told me "this happens all the time" and blamed it on another booker from a different office. They stopped to call the other office to reprimand the person responsible. After I filled everything out, which came with asking me for personal information such as my SS number IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE WAITING ROOM FULL OF 20 or so people. I waited for 45 more minutes afterward and watched people who came in after me go in to see the doc before me, almost as if it was my fault that they botched the booking. This included a poor old woman in pain who came in throwing a full tantrum, to which the staff was eager to tell everyone in the waiting room that "she does this all the time". At this point, I approached the desk to ask how much longer it would be. Finally, a man came out to bring me in the room. When we went in the room, I expressed to him politely that I think I have an ongoing issue to which I would need more appointments, and I was curious if this was off day or if it was always like this - because if so I would need to find another provider. He replied to me in an extremely slow, condescending manner as if I was a child and said "Well ma'am it depends what you put on your form. You see how you put eye exam plus concerns? Everrrrrrryone in the waiting room has concerns." to which I replied, again, pretty politely, "Well, if you don't overbook and everyone is seen relatively on time, this shouldn't happen". He then said "Well, do you see how you are talking to me..." and I immediately asked for all of my paperwork and said "you know what, I don't need to be treated like this - I'll go somewhere else". On my way out I stopped at the desk to ask for all of my information back, and the lady at the front seemed concerned and asked me what happened. When I tried to explain it quietly to her, the man came out and leaned over and whispered in her ear, which turned her stone cold. I asked for his name, and I left. If he is unaware of what's going on at this practice with his namesake on it, he should be made aware. I would be ashamed to be associated with this place. It is an utter, absolute joke.

Dr Rosenblum is excellent but his office staff is sloppy. I asked for a prescription to be called in and I was told they are busy that was after calling once a week for three weeks.
