My wife and I needed to find another eye care provider and we are so happy to have found Roserock Eyecare. Cooper Wyrick, O.D Is amazing and super friendly which reflects on her staff as well. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and just super great. We loved their selection of frames and their office was clean and modern. We are happy to have found RoseRock, thank you.
Another awesome quick thorough visit. Everyone here is so nice and professional. They dont waste my time. They offer other suggestions for contacts/glasses. They make sure I understand everything. They listen and make sure im satisfied before I leave. I like all the high tech machinery they use to check my eyes. No more puff in your eyes. Thanks!! Every time someone asks about eye care I let them know where I go!!
Super nice and knowledgeable. They made me feel like they cared about what my eyes needed vs a paycheck. Will recommend to everyone. The lack of a personal online account is a bit strange for 2026 though. Hasn’t hindered my experience though. The text line is very responsive
This is a great place. The staff was so friendly. Dr. Schmidt is very thorough. We are very impressed with the technology used during our eye exam, unlike any we had encountered before. Highly recommend!
Honestly, I wanted so bad to love this place because it's close to home and it was my first time with an eye doctor in 27 years. Don't get me wrong, Dr Wyrick is amazing. LOVE her. But I was told by the lady that helped me pick out my frames "it should be about a week" for them to have my glasses ready. I waited almost a week and started calling. I was told over text that they had just received my lenses and they would be ready for pickup the next day. Waited and never heard anything back, so I reached out again at the end of said "next day" only to be told "they should be ready on Monday." So I waited until Monday and reached back out. NO ANSWER. So I decided to just show up. Parking lot was empty, so they obviously were not too busy to answer or respond to me. I walk inside and the 2 girls sitting behind the desk playing on their phones start scrambling after they ask my DOB and name- my guess was that they realized I was the one being ignored. I was asked to take a seat and wait. Then was told, "Unfortunately they are not ready, Evie is out today and we had to send them to Jenks to be cut out. They should be ready tomorrow or Wednesday." I paid a good chunk of money for 2 pairs of glasses (even after insurance covered the bigger portion) and would like to have them.
