I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. I took a chance on this company maybe 2 years ago and it was great. I loved the staff and the doctor herself was so great I was eager to go back when my time was up. This past December I got a pair of glasses and they have been the WORST pair of glasses that I PAID FOR!! they did offer me to come in and see if we could fix it I spent alot of money. The glasses now are okay, they still are giving me a hard time the lenses pop out and the frame is detached to me the frame aand my glasses constantly fall off every time I’m working and doing inventory and stocking it’s become the worst decision to get these glasses they have been trouble since day 1. I reached out to them about these issues they said I’m not due for anything till December 2027!!! I cannot see anything because my glasses will constantly fall off, the lenses pop off DAILY. WHO is making these terrible quality glasses?! All I ask for is to be set up for contacts after all the hassle my glasses have caused me and they said I would have to pay $160 even though all my problems were on them!! The glasses they sold me caused all the issues which I greatly spent alot of money on. It would only seem right if they made it right to accommodate my contact lenses request but not with what they are asking $160?! CRAZY!!! I thought I would avoid big companies like Americas Best but they would never let something like this happen. It’s all about money for them they don’t want to make it right and they should, I’ve spent enough money with them it’s ridiculous. I was hopeful I found a good new eye doctor but they really disappointed me and left me out to dry. I have horribly messed up glasses but I need to shell out almost $200 for contacts this just doesn’t make sense! Go somewhere else for you eye exams they will RIP you off it’s all about the money. It’s worth to atleast going to a bigger chain because they honestly care of your wellbeing not about the money they can suck out of you. Never ever going back. You’ve been warned.

As somebody who has been going to the same doctors office quite literally from seven years old to now, The experience at all about eyez was a 10 out of 10! The doctor was so personable in the front staff was very kind, I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor walk me out to the frame section and really help me find something that works best for my face and also for my needs very personable experience. I didn’t feel pushed into anything, the doctor was so detailed and concise, I truly had a great experience.

I had a very great experience. Dr and everyone in the office were super nice and helpful. You can tell they really care about the patients and want what’s best for them.

Dr. Nasr is the best optometrist, I have a very high prescription, so it's not as easy as others to get my contact lenses as accurate as possible. Dr. Nasr and her staff are patient and really take their time to get it right. Very highly recommend.
