Recently did a delivery order and was beyond disappointed in the service. I know the delivery drivers/ shoppers are hired from a third party service but other than being dissatisfied with how my produce was packaged, I received a jar of pickles that was already open and a piece of salmon that was over 20 DAYS past expiration. I ordered the delivery on 6/11/26 and it expired on 5/19/26. It even looked rotten. How does that even happen? Is staff not checking and rotating out stock? Utterly disgusted by this. While I did receive a refund for the pickles and salmon I felt it important to notify others to double check their items when shopping at this location. This was enough to make me want to cancel my WalMart+ membership going forward. This location needs to do better overall.

TLE CREW DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB BALANCING MY TIRES THIS MORNING, NICHOLAS AND HIS TEAM SUPERSEDED MY EXPECTATIONS, I WILL COME EVERY TIME AND TELL OTHERS ABOUT A GREAT SERVICE, THEY PROVIDE ME TODAY. THANK YOU.
With the new computer system needed store attendant twice during and second time she said rudely " tell me what you need because I can't keep coming over after every item I need to go" and all she did next was restock plastic bags. To be told I can't keep coming over here..that's your job. I don't like to be stopped multiple times during check out either but to be told I can't keep coming over to the customer was rude and disrespectful. It didn t feel good to be spoken to and treated so dismissively by another adult. You can teach someone how to stock shelves and learn the computer system but you can't teach someone to treat others the way you want to be treated because that is taught in someone's upbringing and the way they were raised.
I was at the north Walmart yesterday on a mission to buy a baby monitor. It took me and my son 7-8 minutes to find some help since the baby monitor was locked in a cage. The first employee we found was at the clothing section. That employee told us she can't help us and that we just have to keep walking around to find someone who can help us. That really rub me the wrong way. I understand that she might not have authorize access to unlock the cage for us but at least call or get someone who can help. I walked over to customer service and the gentleman there helped called someone over to help assist. I walked back to the baby section and waited by the monitor for 15 min and no one showed up. If it wasn't for the low price here I would never shop here again. We left without buying the baby monitor. I wonder what kind of customer service standards does Walmart have. If I could rate my experience with a zero it would be a zero.
Worst walmart experience I have ever had. I Will never step into this store again. Makes me sour towards the whole town of Rochester mn. Would like to complain to walmart corporate. Store associates were useless. I talked to several people in the community and they all said this store has a serious problem
