Rosin Eyecare

Took my 6 year old for an exam today and had a great experience. Dr. Slowik was patient with her and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole exam. The cherry on top was Victoria, she was thorough and patient helping my daughter find the perfect first pair of glasses. My daughter was extremely happy at the end of the visit and couldn’t wait to tell everyone about her new glasses. 10/10 would recommend to any moms looking for an optometrist office.

I recently saw Dr. Czerwinski and recommend her to anyone! She said she was new to the practice and was extremely kind and attentive. The rest of the staff was great, as well! I had a lot of help picking out frames and was clearly walked through my eye insurance and associated costs with the visit. The office space is all pretty nice and big. Wonderful location, too! I will definitely be back here at some point to purchase some prescription sunglasses this summer.

This place is exceptional. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Czerwinski took the time to thoroughly evaluate both of our children and never made us feel rushed. She was especially patient and compassionate with our autistic teenager, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. She also identified refractive amblyopia in our 10-year-old—something we were completely unaware of—and clearly explained what it meant, how it was affecting his vision, and the treatment plan moving forward. She truly opened our eyes to vision issues we didn’t even know existed. We left feeling informed, reassured, and confident that our children are receiving the best possible care. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Czerwinski and highly recommend her to any family looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and caring eye doctor.

For my first visit I had no wait time. The nurse who took me back was professional and comforting. She was able to connect and get through the preliminary tests for pressure without making me nervous or feeling like i was going to fail. I was able to walk through my appointment with my doctor and ask all my questions in regard to what to expect and what I can be doing better. She literally had all the answers. When I finally got to picking out my frames the women behind the desk was able to find me several frames in my style and for the practicality I actually needed them for. They have found a new customer for life. I'll be back next year ladies!!! Definitely come to this location , plenty of parking and smiling faces.

I've been wearing glasses since I was in 2nd grade, and I just had my cataract surgery paid for by Medicare. You do the math. Every bit of my lifetime eyecare has been provided by Rosin, going back to my first exam by Dr Sorrel Rosin. Now I'm treated by the wonderful staff at the LaGrange office and couldn't be happier. (If you are confused, Family Vision Care in LaGrange is part of Rosin Eyecare.) PS: One comment across the entire Rosin network (not a reflection on this office) is that the phone system leaves a lot to be desired. I really dislike the "leave your number and we'll call you back within 24 hours" routine.
