Rosin Eyecare - South Naperville

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while. I was very satisfied with my visit everything felt smooth and professional. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout. The place is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to Gaby Vera, Dr. Kris Owens, Nancy Corral, and Kasey for your care and professionalism. My visit was in February, and I still have only positive impressions.

Wonderful experience for both adults and kids! Appreciate the patient care we received from everyone involved throughout the whole process, from the staff that checks you in, the Doctor for the exam, and post exam help with glasses and contacts. I felt heard by the Dr, my questions and concerns were answered with care, was given a choice and a voice in what my options were (glasses vs contacts, optional additional imaging, and dilation), and got a clear explanation of my insurance covered benefit options and up front pricing of my copays and add ons. Was also in and out within an hour so was able to pop in during the day, which helped with my work schedule. All around great experience and would, and have, recommended Rosin to family and friends.

Great experience with Rosen Eye Care! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They really make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Gaby was so informative, kind and patient with me and my daughter. Definitely recommend!

They booked me for Wednesday at 12:30 the day before. They told me to be on time and only allowed a 5-minute grace period. I took off work and rushed over, but the office was closed. Afterward, I called about four times to all these different numbers, and they told me I was canceled and they weren't open today. No one called to tell me. Horrible and unprofessional.
