I had such a great experience at Roxborough Eye Care! From the moment I walked in until the time I left, everyone was welcoming, personable, and genuinely kind. The entire process was smooth and efficient. They got me in and out without making me feel rushed. I was able to get an updated eye exam, choose a new pair of glasses, and even pick them up all in the same day, which was incredibly convenient. A special shoutout to Dominique for helping me find my new glasses. I absolutely love them! She was so patient while I tried on different pairs and stepped outside of my comfort zone with new styles. She made the experience fun, offered helpful suggestions, and never made me feel pressured. If you’re looking for an eye care office with excellent customer service, a friendly staff, and an efficient process, I highly recommend coming here!

Kara and Michele at the front desk made me feel welcome and we're very helpful getting me started They walked me through my glasses options and what was covered by my insurance. Dr T was amazing and my eye exam went by very quickly. I am excited to come back next year for my annual checkup.

I came in to get glasses repaired and ended up getting an eye exam and some really nice glasses. The whole experience was amazing. The doctor was great. Very thorough. The staff was even better. I laughed and had a good time the whole time. I found a new eye doctor for life. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses. Thank you Kara for being so amazing and accommodating.

I have been to Roxborough Eye Care twice. The first time I went with my daughter. The attention we received was detailed and helpful. I have been wearing progressive lens for over 25 years and no one ever explained that there were options in the lens in terms of the size of each section. I went back today because I had my lens changed somewhere else and they just were not working for me. The place where I got them told me nothing could be done because of my prescription. I went into Roxborough Eye Care and then heated the frames and fixed the problem. And they did not charge me. I highly recommend them. I will be going back.

First time here, and loved it!! Fast and reliable service, any questions I had were answered and the recommendations were spot on! I had three lovely ladies help and Dominque was an all star making sure I found the perfect pair! Super convenient and affordable
