I had an excellent experience working with Anthony McConner at Rx Optical in Breton Village. From the moment I arrived, Anthony was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his patience and attention to detail. He never made me feel rushed and genuinely seemed invested in helping me find the best solution for my vision needs. Customer service like his is hard to find these days, and it made a huge difference in my overall experience. If you’re looking for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Anthony McConner at Rx Optical in Breton Village. He provided top-tier service and made what could have been a routine appointment feel personalized and enjoyable.

Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I was in and out without feeling rushed, and the customer service was truly unmatched. I buy all of my glasses here the service is amazing, I purchased a beautiful pair of pradas they were gorgeous unfortunately they were stolen, RX Optical had know problem replacing them with a new pair. I scratched my new pair of Pradas took them back with insurance I received a new pair with no problem. ( With insurance of course). I just purchased the Ray-Ban Meta glasses. The service was amazing once again if you need glasses I would advise you to come here . Thank you RX Optical you Rock!

This is my favorite place to come for appointments. Honestly, everyone here is so wonderful and lovely and just so happy. Dr. Morgan is professional, kind, and efficient. Rocio was a great welcome into the building and getting me ready for my appointment. Ellie was a ray of sunshine, during my checkout process. And don’t even get me started on Anthony. Wonderful, wonderful human. He deserves his own standup comedy show - he is hilarious, effusive, and he is so much fun. I legitimately look forward to my annual appointment each year!

Is not my habit to leave bad reviews unless is absolutely necessary. I have become a Google Local guide because of all the positive feedback I leave on most places I go . I love to highlight positive experiences and support local business that way . But this place, it hurts me & saddens me to say: Terrible customer service. Completely uninclusive. Eventought I had a mixed experience at this location. The optometrist was friendly and completed my eye exam efficiently. However, the floor management, very unprofessional. After my exam, I selected several frames and was introduced to the manager. Instead of assisting me, the manager immediately ignored me to serve a white senior couple who arrived after me. While I waited, staff members or perhaps the manager dumped a bunch of random frames into the tray containing my personal selections, completely messing them up after I explicitly stated those were my choices. The behavior was very disrespectful and discriminatory. It is clear that this store prioritizes specific demographics over others, pushing aside a paying Women Bipoc customer and a young child who were there first (My self and my toddler who was very patiently waiting, obviously i wasn't going to start all over again with the search again , and make my child wait even more) . They lost my business immediately. I paid for my prescription and walked out. If you do not fit their preferred demographic, I would walk in with caution, personally do not recommend this optical shop, unless they take some bias & anti discrimination training in hopes they change their discriminatory ways. Everyone can make mistakes,but I believe people can be given chances to do better than this .
