I always have a great experience at the Plymouth RX Optical location. Everyone is consistently cheerful, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walk in the door. The entire team is fantastic, from the technicians to the doctor, and they always take the time to answer questions and make sure I have everything I need. Another thing I appreciate is how quickly my glasses arrive every time. The service is efficient without ever feeling rushed. I have recommended this location to several friends and family members, and they have all shared similar positive experiences. It's clear that customer care is a priority here. Highly recommended!

Love this place! They are always SO helpful, and so kind. Between offering all the price options (and the loopholes!), they do their absolute best to take care of you and make sure your eyes feel just as beautiful as you are. If you're looking for a new eye place, this is definitely it!

The team at this location is incredible. Dr Elchawich is amazing. I have been wearing glasses for 25 years and have never received better care than with her. She explains everything so well and makes me feel so comfortable. I am so grateful for Katie, Blue, and Karina, they go above and beyond with their care and attention to detail. I usually dread going to any kind of appointments, but I genuinely look forward to coming in. My glasses fit and feel great and I walk out feeling better than when I came in. Every time. Highly recommend!

The family has been going to Rx Optical for over a decade, and this specific location for much of that. The staff is always wonderful. The answer all of my questions and truly want to get me in the best pair of glasses or contacts for me and not just based on price. Open, easy to talk with. Efficient and clearly communicate. I would suggest everyone go see Dr Elchawich and Blue (though really the entire staff I've met is truly superb). You get great care, aren't rushed and just a wonderful experience.

I have been very pleased with my experience at Rx Optical in Plymouth. I got an eye exam, new contact prescription and new glasses and sunglasses. Everyone there is super helpful and patient! They helped me choose frames and worked with me on my contact prescription. I am really picky about how my glasses fit and they took the time to adjust them for me multiple times! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
